Courteous, respectful, trustworthy, knowledgeable, instructive, staff of installers invited into my home. I could not have asked for better service.

I recently had our bathroom shower remodeled from an old fiberglass one-piece unit to a floor to ceiling shower stall (see pictures). I am a very analytical person so I had twelve companies give me estimates for this work. I started with the TV advertised giants, you know who they are, but their price estimates were so outrageous due to their massive overhead that I quickly moved on to others. Even their gimmicky marketing attempts, such as free installation, were essentially lies and had no impact on the final price estimate. They even tried to call me after the initial high bid and offered to send someone out again to lower the estimate. Don’t fall for these gimmicks.

I finally hit a home run with Bath Builders in North Lima Ohio. They were straight shooters and gave me an extremely competitive offer right at the start. They offered the same products as the industry giants, but at a more competitive price with a more personable approach. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectations (see picture) and they offered some exceptional advantages as follows:

1 – They accepted credit card payments with no additional fees added to the estimate.

2 – They offered a lifetime warranty on all parts used

3 – They give a 50 year warranty on labor. No one else in the industry does that. Most other companies offer a 1 to 2 year warranty on labor.

4 – They use a proprietary gluing system that uses two components that no one else has. All other companies simply use an adhesive caulk.

5 – The personable quality of the employees from estimator to installer is unmatched in the industry.

If you have a bathroom remodeling project on the table, I would highly recommend that you consider them for your project. I know you won’t be disappointed.

In our master bath, we had the shower as well as other accessories replaced. The entire team was professional, courteous and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with Ken, Bob and Ryan. They were very accommodating and understanding, even when there were changes and delays on our end. Their work and the end product is excellent. My DH especially loves the spacious space and extra height in the shower. We have been really enjoying our bathroom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others and consider them for future bathroom renovations. Thank you guys!

Just had our bathroom redone from tub to a shower. All done in less than a day. Very pleased with the outcome. The process from start to finish was and they listened and understood everything we asked for. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
